Triversity partners with Messer on construction for FC Cincinnati mixed-use development

Triversity is honored to be teaming with Messer Construction and Jostin Construction to provide construction management services for the $300 million mixed-use project adjacent from the TQL stadium in the West End. The full project team includes FC Cincinnati, Marquee Development, Rios Design Collective, Sanders Development Group, and North American Properties.

The development includes a hotel, apartments, office space, retail, restaurants, entertainment venues and public green space. Phase one of construction began in February and FC Cincinnati is targeting completion by 2026. FC Cincinnati also has high inclusion plans for the project as they set record inclusion goals for the construction of TQL Stadium in 2021.
