Triversity’s belief in the power of the individual extends far beyond our core business of construction. We are in a unique position to affect people’s lives through our work, our service and our giving. We understand this incredible opportunity—and we embrace a sense of responsibility to give back. We realize as we build for our customers, we can also build up lives and communities. One of our core values is to make a positive impact. This means providing opportunity and support to those who may not have had access in the past. It means engaging, serving and giving to our community.
Since we were founded, we have been intentional about cultivated relationships with community leaders and local changemakers who share our values. Today we support more than 20 community organizations with our time, acts of service, and financial resources. Partnering with these like-minded organizations energizes our company and contributes to the communities where we live and work.
Triversity's CEO, Mel Gravely, has supported an array of arts organizations in our region including serving as co-chair of Flow, ArtsWave's series devoted to local and national Black artists and performers.
One of the ways we live our core value of making a positive impact is conducting an annual blood drive with Hoxworth Blood Center. This is our 3rd consecutive year partnering with Hoxworth to give back to our community and help those in need.
Partnering with Associated Construction Industries (ACI), the program was designed with classroom and hands-on instruction, led by top TCF carpenters and ACI instructors.
