Overview of Triversity's Benefits

Health Insurance

We offer multiple choices for Medical, Dental, and Vision, with various HSA/FSA options, life insurance, short/long term disability and many other voluntary benefits.

Paid Time Off

Our new employees start with at least 13 days a year of PTO, earning more days every 2 years. Because it shouldn’t take forever to accrue time off.

Retirement Savings (401K)

We want to help our people save for retirement, and provide a company match of up to 3.5%.

Parental Leave

Caring for new family members takes time, so we offer paid parental leave (both moms and dads) for the birth, adoption, or addition of a foster care child.

Profit Sharing

When we succeed as a company, we all win. This is why we offer a generous profit-sharing program to employees.
