Melvin Gravely

Chief Executive Officer

Melvin (Mel) is the CEO and Chairman of the board of TriVersity Construction. Under Mel’s leadership since 2011, TriVersity has sharpened their strategic focus and has grown over 20% annually. TriVersity has over $95 million in revenue and is one of the top 10 construction companies in the greater Cincinnati region.

Mel began his career with the Timken Company Company, a Canton, Ohio based manufacturer. He joined IBM as a sales leader managing a portfolio of large corporate accounts. He has led organizations in six other industries including Human Resources Services and Engineering Consulting.

Mel is an active board member of multiple corporate and nonprofit organizations, including Spring Grove Funeral Homes (chair), the Glad River Investment Fund, the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee (secretary) and the United Way of Southwest Ohio among others. Mel has also served on boards of Thomas More College, Drake Hospital, the Regional Economic Development Initiative and is a former board chair of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.

JIm Watkins

President

Jim serves as the President of TriVersity Construction. With more than 28 years of experience in the industry, he leads all phases of construction management , general contracting, design build, craft force division and real estate development. With his interpersonal communications skills, Jim develops and maintains effective relationships with all project stakeholders including, owners, architects, subcontractors and civic leaders.

Jim has played major roles in several corporate construction management training programs and is a co-founding member and past board member of Michigan’s affiliate of the ACE Mentor program. He has been named “Who’s Who in Detroit” and is a past NOMA board member. He is also a past graduate of the Cincinnati’s Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Cincinnati, class 37. Currently, Jim serves as a board member of Allied Construction Industries (ACI), HCDC (formerly known as Hamilton County Development Corporation) and Crayons to Computers.

Ryan Dunlap

Chief Financial Officer

Ryan is the chief financial officer and has 12 years of finance experience. He leads the overall finance and accounting function of the company and works closely with the executive team providing financial leadership to support the organizations long-term growth.

Ryan is an active volunteer with the Greater Cincinnati Habitat for Humanity, Alzheimer’s Association of Cincinnati, and the Freestore Foodbank.

Chris Schildmeyer

Vice PRESIDENT of Operations

Chris is the Vice President of Operations. With more than 20 years of construction management experience, he leads the construction operations for TriVersity. He is responsible for managing TriVersity’s operations staff and is engaged in all aspects of project management from initial set up to project completion. He works directly with clients, customers and partners to ensure exceptional project results.

Chris is an active member in his community volunteering and serving on various boards. He serves as a member of the Northern Kentucky University Construction Department Advisory Board, chairman of the St. Bernard Civil Service Commission and board member of the St. Clement Athletic Organization board.

Mirna Colon

Director of Human Resources

Mirna is the Human Resources Director. She has 18 years of human resources experience and leads the overall human resources functions of the company. As the human resources director she administers human resources plans and procedures company wide, recommends new approaches and policies for development, oversees talent acquisition activities and ensures company culture and equitable treatment of all employees.

She is an active member with the Frank Duveneck Arts and Cultural Center in Covington, Kentucky. She also volunteers with Young Families, Grands Scholar House, Redwood Rehabilitation Center and Peaslee Neighborhood Center.

Jacob Busch

Director of Business Development

Jacob (Jake) has 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He is responsible for executing the organization’s business development strategy in partnership with its executive operations, construction operations and marketing. His primary focus is on identifying appropriate sales networks, cultivating relationships, exploring new markets and closing sales, consistent with our strategic planning and the needs of our clients.

Jake strives to further the commercial construction and business development industries through his activities in professional organizations such as, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the UC Goering Center for Family and Private Business.
