When you co-op for Triversity, you’ll work directly with company managers, many of whom are well known in the industry and the local community. You’ll get the chance to work in the day-to-day of the business. You will do real work, with real responsibilities for outcomes and with the support you will need to learn and grow.
Triversity is committed to uplifting people in every way possible, from building the spaces that help them live and work, to making sure their voice and unique perspective is heard. This applies to our co-op students as well. When you work here, even for a short time, you’re part of it.

We match co-op participants based on academic area, experience, and their interest. We want you to get the chance to explore a broad cross section of construction experiences.
