TCF completes successful inaugural carpentry training program

In 2022, Triversity Craft Force (TCF) set out to build an in-house carpentry training program, focused on building the carpentry skills of our employees which creates career advancement opportunities for them. Building an effective in-house program is an investment, but TCF knew it was critical to the success of the people and the business.

Partnering with Allied Construction Industries (ACI), the program was designed with classroom and hands-on instruction, led by top TCF carpenters and ACI instructors. Training was focused on lay out work, metal framing, rough carpentry, installation of doors & frames, hanging drywall and drywall finishing.

TriVersity & TCF are incredibly proud of the five graduates and looking forward to the next class of trainees.
