Ribbon cutting at the Rye celebrates grand opening of apartments

Triversity was honored to celebrate the grand opening of our recently completed project downtown, The Rye Cincinnati. The Rye brings 35 apartments to Cincinnati's downtown core while offering many perks and amenities to their tenants. The name "The Rye" was given as the building once housed a rye warehouse from the early 1900s.

Our project team was in attendance along with our president, James Watkins, who shared a few words about what this project meant to Triversity. We are proud to share we were able to achieve over 50% inclusion on The Rye project while also achieving a LEED Gold and Historic Preservation Certification.
