Ghost Baby

The Ghost Baby Lounge project was a commercial renovation of an existing historic structure with a new construction bar build-out. TriVersity was hired as the construction manager but led design-assistance and value engineering efforts to bring the project within owner’s budget.

Ghost Baby was recognized by Esquire magazine as one of “The Best Bars in America” for 2022. For more information on Ghost Baby and other bars who made the list, read more on Citybeat.

Ghost Baby won an Honors Award for the Interior Architecture at the 2020 Cincinnati Design Awards. This was a very unique and rewarding project for us at TriVersity and Cincinnati's historic preservation. Congratulations to our fellow project partners including drawing dept (architect), Riverside (custom millwork), Sediment (custom steelwork), and Orange Chair (custom seating/upholstery).
