This Fifth Third Bank branch was a renovation project of an existing, single story, stand-alone, 2,800 square foot structure that was originally built as a financial banking facility. The structure had gone through multiple bank acquisitions throughout its life and more recently was converted into a restaurant. Triversity Construction’s scope of work included a complete interior demolition and partial exterior demolition of the existing building and site. All new interior finishes were installed to match the client’s standard architectural and functional features. A light exterior refresh was also involved to provide an updated look which again matched the client’s product standard. All new landscaping and hardscaping were also added to the property. Triversity also coordinated the delivery and installation activities of all the bank’s equipment and vendors to ensure a smooth delivery method. The construction of the project was completed in 18 weeks.
