Fifth Third Bank Avondale

The Fifth Third Bank – Avondale, Ohio location was a renovation project of an existing 2,200 square foot tenant space within a multi-tenant retail shopping center. Triversity Construction’s scope of work included a complete interior demolition of the existing tenant space. All new interior finishes to match the client’s standard architectural and functional features. In addition to the interior renovation work, Triversity installed a stand-alone VAT Tube system that separate from the building but operated with the newly constructed banking space. Triversity coordinated the delivery and installation activities of all the bank’s equipment and vendors to ensure a smooth delivery method. The construction of the project was completed in 22 weeks.
