Court Street Condos

This LEED Gold redevelopment project includes restoration of six historic buildings in the Central Business District of Cincinnati. The project consisted of first floor white box retail spaces and 16 condominiums spread across three floors above. Triversity worked alongside the developer and design team to finalize layout, cost control, and maximize ROI. In addition to the interior work, the Triversity team managed a partial rework of the Court St. pedestrian plaza, including sidewalk re-fills, pavers, storm sewer and utility tie-ins, and landscaping.
