To meet growing patient demand in the region, Cincinnati Children’s selected Loveland as the site of a new satellite primary care facility. The 10,000-square-foot renovation transformed an existing building into Cincinnati Children’s Loveland Primary Care, expanding access to pediatric healthcare services closer to where families live.
Triversity completed the interior fit-out and renovation, creating a welcoming and efficient outpatient healthcare environment. The project included new interior finishes and comprehensive upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The facility features 18 exam rooms, office and support spaces, a conference room, break room, and a comfortable lobby and waiting area designed to enhance the patient experience. By increasing access to pediatric primary care in Loveland, the new facility helps reduce travel times, improve convenience, and meet the growing healthcare needs of the surrounding community.
This project also marked a milestone for Triversity Craft Force, representing the first project where the team self-performed acoustic ceiling installation.
