Ziegler Park Expansion

The Ziegler Park expansion included the extension of pedestrian-only park space onto Woodward Street and a portion of Yukon street in Over-the-Rhine. This new park space will lend opportunity for more gathering space, artwork, and area for activities/games. This area will also include installation of public art lead by Black Art Speaks.

As most of this project was constructed during the winter months, Triversity troubleshooted weather and any resulting delays by creating a tailored working schedule. By changing our work schedule from the typical 5-day schedule, Triversity operated on a 4-day, longer working hours schedule to mitigate risk to the schedule from weather. This resulted in on-time scheduled completion and close-out for the owner, 3CDC.
